The room was spacious, providing comfort after long days. The bed linens looked fresh and inviting, making for restful nights. Additionally, I appreciated the internet access, which was reliable and fast, allowing me to catch up on work.

However, the management's professionalism left much to be desired.

The room was a mess, honestly. I found stains on the sheets that freaked me out. The shower was falling apart, like, the handle was barely hanging on. They only gave us one towel, and it was tiny. It just felt dirty overall, and I was not comfortable at all. Plus, the maintenance was really lacking, which made everything worse.

Checked into a spacious room where the shower pressure was fantastic. The staff, especially Leann, truly made us feel welcome. However, the cleanliness could be better. we encountered a few issues during our stay. Consider checking the shower before settling in.

I really enjoyed my stay here because the stunning three creeks metropark is just a short walk of about 3 km away, and indian mound park, only about 4.5 km, offered beautiful views that were perfect for my weekend strolls. it was easy to explore the nearby attractions and soak in the sights while experiencing the city on foot.

book elsewhere for peace of mind and avoid the chaos of poor management
